The kitchen has lots of windows and is fully equipped
with all utensils and dishes you would need to cook a full holiday meal.
A pantry and half bath are also close by for your convenience. The upper
level features two bedrooms and two baths.
The master is furnished with a queen bed (double
pillow top mattress), dresser, night stands and a full length mirror. A
29" LCD TV with cable is wall mounted so you can watch it from bed with
ease. The master bedding is all new, which includes a
560 thread count sateen sheet set. The guest bedroom is great for kids,
with two twins and a trundle, for a total of three twins. There is also a
full bath in the hallway. The unit also has a deck just off the living
room with a gas grill and swivel rocker patio furniture.
The location of this townhome is ideal; you can walk
downtown (approx. 8 blocks), take a bike ride or walk to Santa Rita Park
and the Animas River Trail, both of which are located across the street.
