This privacy policy is an extension of my commitment to combine the highest-quality service with the highest level of integrity in dealing with you the client. I provide the same protections for these electronic communications that we employ in the maintenance of information received by mail and telephone. While we guarantee the security of your email content once it reaches us, we remind you that email messages in transit are generally not considered secure. We strongly recommend all sensitive personal financial information be sent to us in a form other than email.

How do I use the information that you provide?

I use personal information solely for the purpose of providing my accounting services and providing you excellent customer service. Occasionally, I may also use the information I collect to notify you about important changes to the tax code, my website, new services and special offers I think you will find valuable.

How do I protect your information?

My values, ethical standards, policies and practices are committed to the protection of customer information. In general, my business practices limit access to confidential information, and limit the use and disclosure of such information to authorized persons, processes and transactions. I have in place multiple physical methods to protect all of your information.

Do I disclose any information to outside parties?

What about legally compelled disclosure of information?

I may disclose information when legally compelled to do so, in other words, when I, in good faith, believe that the law requires it or for the protection of my legal rights.

I am not responsible for the practices employed by websites linked to or from my website nor the information or content contained therein. Often links to other websites are provided solely as pointers to information on topics that may be useful to the users of swalshcpa.com.
